Our research led us to the extensive work done by the European Clubs Association (ECA) and FIFA. These organizations had conducted thorough research on fan engagement and management, providing valuable insights into the evolving needs and preferences of fans.
One of the key findings from the ECA and FIFA research was that the younger generation of fans is highly mobile-oriented. This demographic is constantly seeking new ways to connect with their favorite clubs and fellow fans through their mobile devices. It became evident that there was a growing demand for a platform like Fanbers, which could cater to these needs.
With this knowledge in hand, we set out to create Fanbers—a platform designed to meet the unique demands of modern, mobile-oriented fans. Our goal was to provide innovative tools for fan enjoyment, improve ecosystem management, unite fans, and foster a more interactive and engaging environment.
